It’s now our time to retreat, not retract, into our mind and heart’s gardens to make sure our soil has what is needed and no more. Clearing out the debris of fear-provoking thoughts along with drawers full of clutter will help you ground into this new reality. Taking stock of what to keep and what to throw out provides you with the satisfaction that you’re doing your part, holding yourself accountable for whatever inner or outer confusion or mess has been accumulating. Removing any physical or mental barrier (large or small) to greater flow in your life is a significant way to take responsibility for the larger messes of thought and material pollution in our human world today. And preparing the beds you’d prefer to lay in! 

Any activity you take charge of in your immediate environment will help stop the uncontrollable spin you may have felt or are feeling. You may be in the midst of establishing new daily rhythms, so make sure they include taking exquisitely good care of your physical and mental health in all the ways you know, as well as trying out new tricks. So much of those are being widely and generously shared right now. Like the successful gardener, you can share some of your own seeds of wisdom and what works for you.

We invite you to get clarity on who you are now in light of this global challenge, why you are here and what will be of greatest value and assistance for you in coming into full alignment with your most essential and beautiful whole self some call Soul. We see this as a great time to be alive and a wondrous opportunity…. but the choice to assist in our individual and collective evolution is one we must each make in our own unique way and expression. Just know that when you stop and stand in the truth of who you really are, we all benefit!
