You must have a retail store with a physical location or web address, have a website supporting your business and/or have a federal tax identification number in order to make a wholesale purchase with Enlighten Up. Wholesale Customers Must Qualify to Purchase
You must have a retail store with a physical location or web address, have a website supporting your business and/or have a federal tax identification number in order to make a wholesale purchase with Enlighten Up. Please complete our Wholesale Sign Up Form, prior to submitting an order.
Placing an Order
All wholesale orders must be placed by logging on to our website with your wholesale account and placing an order online. We require credit card payment unless you have made arrangements with us for a net-30 day invoice. Wholesale prices is $9.50 (50% retail), plus transaction fees and shipping. We have no minimum order and offer free shipping for an order of $150 or more.
Credit Cards and Debit Cards
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Debit cards associated with these institutions are also welcome.
Your Credit Card Information
Enlighten Up, LLC does not store credit card information. You will need to supply a valid credit card number with each order. Please do not email your credit card information. We will call you to obtain payment prior to shipping unless you have made other arrangements with a Customer Service representative. If you have any questions about this policy please contact us.
Cancellations
Once you place an order, you may cancel your order up to the time at which your order is processed and shipped. Please contact us to cancel your order.
Shipping
We will send you a shipment confirmation email to the address in your account if we have your email address on file. Enlighten Up uses several third parties for fulfillment, including Satiama LLC.
Lost Orders
If you think your order may have been lost, please check your shipment confirmation email to locate the tracking number. Please check the website of the carrier who will be delivering your shipment to check your shipment status. Enlighten Up, generally ships by USPS or UPS. Allow 24 hours from the receipt of your shipment confirmation before checking with USPS or UPS.
If you have checked with the carrier and have found no record of your order after 24 hours, please contact us.
Transfer of Title
All rights, title, interest, and risks of loss and damage to all products purchased will pass to Reseller when the products are placed on a common carrier by Enlighten Up or our third party services, including Satiama. Reseller will solely bear the risk of, and be liable for, all loss or damage to the products purchased once the products are placed on a common carrier. Nothing in these terms and conditions transfers to reseller any intellectual property or other proprietary right in the content of any products purchased. Enlighten Up may, at any time and in its sole discretion, remove any or all Enlighten Up content from sale and distribution or alter the wholesale price of any or all Enlighten Up products.
Taxes
Reseller will be responsible for collecting and remitting any and all taxes imposed on its sale of titles to reseller’s customers in states or other jurisdictions for which reseller is legally required to collect and remit such taxes. The wholesale price excludes any transactional taxes that may apply to amounts reseller pays to Enlighten Up under these terms and conditions. In addition to amounts owed by reseller pursuant to these terms of condition, reseller will pay Enlighten Up any transactional taxes Enlighten Up is required to collect on such amounts. If Enlighten Up charges reseller transaction taxes, Enlighten Up may provide to Enlighten Up a valid exemption certificate acceptable to the relevant taxing authority, in which case Enlighten Up will not collect the transaction taxes covered by such certificate.
Returns
All wholesale orders placed through Enlighten Up are non-returnable and non-refundable unless other arrangements have been made with Enlighten Up.
Replacement
You may request a replacement for your purchase within 30 days of the order ship date for either of the following two reasons:
- We sent the wrong item
- The item received is defective (including damaged in transit, disc compatibility issue, or product defect)
Once you have requested and received your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, we will send a replacement, along with a postage-paid mailing envelope for return of the wrong/defective item.

Use of Enlighten Up Name
Reseller will not use Enlighten Up’s name, trademarks, service marks, designs, logos or symbols without written permission from Enlighten Up. In addition, reseller will not sue any language or pictures that could, in Enlighten Up’s judgment, imply Enlighten Up’s identity or endorsement in any written, electronic or oral advertising, presentation or sales meeting; brochure, newsletter, book electronic database, testimonial, e-mail or communication of whatever nature without prior written permission from Enlighten Up.
No Modifications or Additions
Reseller may not resell less than the entire Enlighten Up title, remove or alter Enlighten Up branding, copyright information, credits, or trade dress, or “repackage” the Enlighten Up titles. Advertisements, including without limitation reseller’s branding content, may not be added to any Enlighten Up content, or to the transmission or distribution of any Enlighten Up content.
Enlighten Up’s General Terms of Use
Reseller also agrees to Enlighten Up’s Terms of Use Policy, for all customers.
